The search feature on the Constructive Visual website can be used to find information that you are searching for on the website.

 

CLIENT LOGIN

 

LOGIN

To login to Constructive Visual to get your account information please enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD into the “login” section on the top left hand corner of this website. Your username and password will be delegated to you via email and a “Client Login Card” will be posted out to you.

Clients are responsible to keep their username and passwords safe for security reasons and not to release these usernames and passwords to anyone.

 

FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS

If you have forgotten your password and/or lost your “Client Login Card” please contact Constructive Visual to obtain your login details. These details will be emailed to you directly or posted if advised.

 

LOST CLIENT LOGIN CARD

If you have lost your “Client Login Card” please contact Constructive Visual to get a replacement sent to you. A fee of $10 will be charged for replacement Client Login Cards.

NOTE: If you require a change of password for your account you will still be charged the above amount for a replacement card if you request a replacement card.

 

LOGOUT

Please logout of your account once you have finished. To do this click on the “logout” button on the navigation bar up the top of the page. This will fully log you out of your account and not allow you to click the back button to get back to your account page. You will need to login once again to access your account.

 

EDIT DETAILS

To change your details in your account page just simply click on the “Edit” button at the bottom of the details section. Enter in the appropriate details and then click on the submit button once completed. If you have any issues please report to Constructive Visual.

 

Alternatively you can email Constructive Visual with your change of details.

 

ACCOUNT INFO

If you are seeing something in this section in error please contact Constructive Visual.

If you would like your invoices or previous invoices sent out to you please contact Constructive Visual with the invoice numbers that you are requesting.

 

PENDING APPROVALS

In this section clients can view drafts of their flyers, banners, business cards, graphic design, tattoos, logos, posters and websites. Clients can make comments on changes that they would like to make to their content and tick that they approve the content.

ANNUAL RENEWAL

Payments for hosting and domain names can be paid to the above account details. (Payment Details)

Invoices will be emailed out to your email accounts. Alternative arrangements can be made if you would like your accounts to be posted out to your address. Please contact Constructive Visual if you would like your invoices posted to your address.

 

DOMAINS

Some domains range over a 2 year period so your invoice will be emailed out every two years billing for the renewal of the domain name.

 

 

NEWSLETTERS

 

FORMAT
If you do not wish to receive your newsletter in HTML format please contact Constructive Visual to make alternative arrangements. If you would like a copy of the newsletter posted to your address please let Constructive Visual aware by emailing Constructive Visual requesting to have the newsletters sent to your postal address.

 

UNSUBSCRIBE

If you would not like to receive any further newsletters from Constructive Visual please use the unsubscribe button found on the top of your newsletter or alternatively you can click on the “unsubscribe” button found on the bottom of the page on the Constructive Visual website.
